The Koach will work privately with you to help you clarify your thought process, to cause you to develop a focused action plan and to assist you with the follow-up and monitoring that is an essential part of creating success. In the process you will learn the skills involved in “making success habitual”.

Strategy Coaching (mentor/consulting)
$350 per month; $999 for 3-month commitment
The purpose of this coaching is to help you to clarify your business strategy, to plot your course and to stay on track. The coaching consists of three 45-minute private coaching sessions per month. There is unlimited access via emails to follow-up and accountability. In addition, you will have access, if required, to “touch base/action” phone calls of 10 to 15 minutes.

Project Coaching

The intention is to provide you with intense, laser-like coaching on any specific project that is your current challenge. The Koach will help you plan and execute the project. You will receive a 30 minute to 1-hour initial coaching session and a 1/2-hour follow-up session plus unlimited accountability emails.

The Koach will help you to analyze your business and diagnose the key issues. You will discover what you are overlooking that could be vital to the continuation of a profitable business. You will learn if there are a few small fires burning that, if left unattended, could cause fundamental damage to your business. You will learn just how effectively you are focusing on creating habitual success. Putting your business on to a routine “check-up” schedule is an excellent way of keeping it healthy and keeping you on track.

These coaching groups are designed to impose more accountability on specific tasks performed by you in your business. As you participate in groups of like-minded fellow business owners, you will gain more confidence. Think of it as a support group, run by The Koach, which will help to ensure that you stay on track and will hold you accountable for making success habitual. The Koach offers many different coaching sessions and workshops. These services are generally performed by some form of electronic communication such as telephone or even email. There are a few reasons for this:
Most of The Koach’s clients are people with a lot going on. They hold very significant roles in their business. They manage not only their business but also very busy households. Taking advantage of the electronic communication media means that The Koach’s clients don't have to leave their homes or home-offices to travel across town to have a coaching session.
Privacy is a big consideration. The coach/client relationship is as inviolable as the Attorney/client or patient/doctor relationship. Having this coaching relationship in the privacy of your home office encourages the openness and honesty necessary to “make success habitual”.
Accessibility is another great reason why coaching is performed by phone. No matter where you are, The Koach is only a phone call or an email away. As long as you have access to a phone or computer, you can reach The Koach or participate in a scheduled coaching session.
